FINSA challenged the speakers – Adalberto Dias (Architect and Lecturer at Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto) and Jorge Branco (Engineer, researcher and Lecturer at University of Minho) to share their vision and insight on the use of wood and its derivates in renovation construction. Two distinctive, but complementary views, that presented a practical, example-based approach (from project development stage to production) and that outline advantages, durability and limitations on the use of this resource.
