Reduction of costs. Deadline accomplishments. Control of the work of design teams, sub-contractors and the project itself. The adoption of a BIM methodology is directly contributing to the solution of these challenges, however, the use of the information provided by BIM continues to be a constraint that is transversal to design teams, stakeholders in the development of a project, and coordination, implementation and operation of buildings.The use of a common data platform (CDE), with a BIM work methodology, maximizes the possibility of achieving these challenges.
